Digital Products and Credits
AIStudio provides digital AI image processing services. Because credits and generated results are delivered digitally, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used or a subscription period has started.
Failed Processing
If an image processing task fails due to a system error, the credits used for that failed task may be automatically returned to your account. If credits are not restored automatically, please contact us with your account email and relevant task details.
Duplicate or Accidental Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or a charge was made in error, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the payment record and may issue a refund when a duplicate or erroneous charge is confirmed.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund charges already processed for the current billing period unless required by law or approved by us after review.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Credits that have already been used for successful processing tasks
- Dissatisfaction with generated results when the service completed successfully
- Failure to cancel a subscription before its renewal date
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
